Returns Policy - Terms & Conditions
All items are checked, where possible, before despatching. However, in the unlikely event that you are not entirely satisfied with any item you purchase from us, we will be happy to provide you with a full refund or a replacement.
If an item is faulty in any way, then you can return it within 14 days.
We cannot however accept returns if:
The item has been used/worn.
The item is perishable.
The packaging has been unsealed or damaged.
The item has been personalised or customised in any way.
Please email us before returning any items to advise why you have an item to return and to obtain a Returns Reference Number. Please return the item unused in its original packaging together with your name, address and telephone number with the Returns Reference Number within 14 days of receiving the item.
We will only refund the full cost of the return postage if:

Your item is faulty.

You use the cheapest method to return, which we will advise when giving the Returns Reference Number. This will normally be either Royal Mail Second Class or Royal Mail Standard Parcels for heavier items.
Only when we receive the item back in its original state will the refund be made. We will not issue a refund if the terms and conditions of the Returns Policy have not been fully met. Should a returned item have to be re-sent to the customer for failing to meet these conditions, then the item will only be re-sent when costs of the re-sending have been received by characters4u.co.uk.
In accordance with The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, all customers of www.characters4u.co.uk have the right to cancel any order within 7 days of the date the order is placed or within 7 days of the date that the goods are received (whichever is the later).
Any customer who wishes to cancel an order should contact us as soon as possible. Where goods have been despatched we will provide a Returns Reference Number, and all products should then be returned unused and in their original packaging together with customer name, address and telephone number. Once all goods have been received by us in re-sellable condition, we will be happy to provide you with a full refund.
