How do I order and how do I know if you have received my order?
Add what you would like to purchase to the shopping cart and when you have finished go to the checkout and complete the online instructions. When the order is received we will email you and also let you know when the package is sent.
Im not located in the United Kingdom can I still purchase from characters4u?
Yes, please shop in Euros if you are in Europe, please shop in US Dollars if you are in any Country not in Europe. You can select Euros or US Dollars from the currency section at the bottom of the Home Page on the Right Hand Side. By selecting Euros/US Dollars it will correctly work out the Worldwide Shipping costs at checkout.
How much are the postage/shipping costs?
Costs depend on the size and weight of the item and are shown at the checkout. Purchases made in UK Sterling will have UK postage added at checkout. Purchases made in Euros will have Europe shipping costs added and all purchases made using US Dollars will have Worldwide Shipping costs included at checkout.
Im adding an item to my shopping cart but it says I am exceeding the quantity in stock, what should I do?
Email us, as it is highly likely that the item you are interested in is due back in stock very soon.
I want to buy more than one item, is combined postage/ shipping available.
Most things can be sent in one package (excludes some Large items) Regretably the checkout system can not calculate combined shipping, so we will advise you and manually alter your shopping cart. If you have proceeded through checkout and completed payment then a refund will be issued of any overpayment. Please feel free to email for any help or quotes.
How do I pay for my items?
We accept online PayPal payments, or by post we accept cheques or postal orders from UK customers. Customers located outside of the UK, we can only accept PayPal payments.
